Our admiration and respect for Odell Brewing goes way back, and we’re excited to unveil this new mountain-style IPA collaboration. As two members of the Hop Research Council, we decided to feature some of our favorite new public hops, HRC3 and HRC4. These magnificent varieties are available to the masses and bring bright flavors of grapefruit and lemon, backed by deep notes of cherry and raspberry. We also added a touch of the classic hops Cascade and Chinook to compliment the citrus flavors and balance transport you to the lush hop fields in autumn, one sip at a time.

The craziest of the haziest, drenched in a lake of oil.” The creation of this hazy IPA took us to unknown lands of aroma and flavor, utilizing brand hop varieties and cutting-edge hop products. We tapped the undiscovered potential of Elani, Pink, and 1019 hops, bursting with flavors of guava, watermelon, citrus, and stone fruit, backed by notes of dank herb. Then Salvo and Spectrum were introduced, two innovative hop extracts that intensify the dry hop profile without adding bitterness. The result is a pungent but amazingly drinkable brew that is sure to have your taste buds dancing through the night.

Brewed in collaboration with our good friends Railroad Earth, www.railroad.earth, this beer, and the series it belongs to, are a celebration of the special relationship between beer and music. Mountain Jam vol. 8 uses Talus, Cashmere, Galaxy and Pacific Sunrise hops for flavors of tropical punch, papaya, and red fruit. The nose is a subtle combination of strawberry and coconut. This seasonal beer is a perfect accompaniment to trail blazing, chasin’ rainbows, and long walks home.

The Phlow is a sessionable, seasonal summer IPA brewed with Vista, Sabro, and Idaho Gem for a refreshingly light, and highly drinkable summer brew. This clear-ish beer has a heavy hand of oats for a full bodied mouthfeel and candied pineapple, citrus and other tropical fruit flavors and aromas that make this beer an ideal summer sipper.

This is the Golden Ale you can take home to Mama. Approachable, delicately dry-hopped and brewed with premium American pilsner malt. Light in color, crisp in flavor, and with an aroma so intriguing that you cant stay away.

Wilson, formerly known as Rhombus, is like an IPA that grew up in Malibu. Citrus, tropical and pine, its sunny and breezy with a subtle malt backbone. But don’t let that laid back vibe fool you, it packs a strong hop flavor that will have you California dreaming.

Possibly the most clever beer in our lineup, Avarice & Greed walks a fine line being both supremely drinkable and high octane. Premium Pilsen malt and Belgian yeast are balanced with just enough hops for an aroma and taste that goes down deceptively easy.

Let not this beer be underestimated. She's a seductress, a swindler and enchantress. She will make you transfixed, tantalized and tormented. She will devour, demolish and destroy you. Our journey is just beginning...
