Recently written up in Zagat’s list of ten high-end barbecue joints in the United States, the Roadhouse Restaurant & Brewery menu is full of dishes as creatively crafted as our brews from barbecue smoked in-house over apple and hickory wood to housemade andouille sausage stuffed dates. In the same creative light we are always trying to conjure up ways to reduce our impact on the environment and buy local. We currently source our proprietary beef blend from the Mead Ranch in Kirby, Wyoming and hope to soon provide our excess mash grains to local ranchers.
